Current academy student Hugh Cullum has been selected for English Schools’ FA England U18 Schoolboys’ squad for the 2021-22 season.
Hugh completed three stages of trials, with the final national trial being held at Lilleshall. Hugh is the only player from Suffolk to be selected for this year’s England U18 Schoolboys’ squad and he will represent England in the prestigious Centenary Shield against other home nations.
Hugh Cullum said “I am honoured to have the opportunity to represent my country at U18 level. This opportunity goes hand-in-hand with my recognition within Needham Market Academy and I am eternally grateful to everyone at Needham Market who has helped me with my development.”
